Please read the Following Before Scheduling Services With Frontier Fence, LLC

  1. 50% Deposit or approval of financing is required before job will be scheduled. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of either of the following: A. Self-installed- all materials have been delivered to the customer. B. Company Installed – all materials have been installed according to Frontier Fence standards.
  2. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance more than 5 days past due after the completion of installation or delivery of all of the materials.
  3. All materials shall remain the property of Frontier Fence until the purchase price is paid in full. Customer agrees to give Frontier Fence right of access and permission to remove product if this invoice is not paid in full according to its terms.
  4. In addition to the total invoice price, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and court costs if collection through legal channels becomes necessary.
  5. Any adjustments or corrections to the total footage, type of material or calculation, etc., will be made on the final invoice.
  6. Costs of material and installation are based on normal installation conditions. Additional charges may be assessed on the final invoice for unknown/unseen obstructions such as: sprinkler lines, larger rocks, tree roots, concrete debris, steeper slopes, etc.
  7. Frontier Fence is not responsible for any damage to sprinkler or irrigation/drain piping and wiring, or replacement of these lines. Frontier Fence is not responsible for damage to landscaping foliage or concrete/brick curbing due to fence installation.
  8. State law prohibits the use of machinery to dig post holes within two feet of any Blue Stake marking. Therefore a $20 per hole fee will be charged for any post holes we are required to dig by hand due to utility lines, sprinkler lines, or any other impediments.
  9. Customer is responsible for locating and identifying property lines, and directing Frontier Fence as to the placement of the fence in relation to the property line. If customer instructions regarding the property lines are incorrect, customer understands that Frontier Fence is not liable to move/reposition the fence. Customer is also responsible for all zoning regulations and any construction permits required.
  10. Excess dirt from the post holes will be placed within 10′ 0″.
  11. Frontier Fence warrants the fence installation for a period of 3 years.
  12. This contract constitutes the entire contract and understandings of the customer and Frontier Fence. There are no other terms, conditions, warranties, representations or inducements except which are set forth herein. Any changes to this contract must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties, prior to any work being performed. A S50 change fee may be assessed. Add

  14. Deposit will NOT be returned with work cancellations more than 2 week after the initiation of your contract.
