We have all utility lines marked by Blue Stakes and we ask you our client to map out where sprinkler lines are buried. However, many clients are unsure, leaving us to do our best to estimate. We do our best to avoid damage to your sprinklers, but at times we receive incorrect information and damage occurs.

We do our best to work with clients to fully map out both their fence needs and their budgets. Because we're so confident in our pricing and our customer service, we offer a no-hassle refund policy for deposit money up to two weeks after signing your contract with Frontier Fence. However, deposits will not be returned with work cancellations more than 2 weeks after the initiation of your contract.

The reason is pretty simple. We plan a custom fence installation for each client. We order materials specifically for your property, usually around 2 weeks after the initiation of the contract. At that point, the purchases for your fence have already been made.
